First year OTE: £58,000 - £62,000

10:30am - 5:00pm

We are working with a quality-focused housing developer delivering beautifully crafted, traditionally built homes in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a brand-new development and play a key role in its success. This role would suit someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a consultative sales environment.

• Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion
• Conducting viewings and presenting the homes and development to a high standard
• Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
• Qualifying leads and progressing sales opportunities effectively
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Working closely with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and the wider internal team
• Delivering against sales targets while maintaining an outstanding customer experience

• Previous experience in new build homes sales (preferred) or a strong background in high-end/consultative sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
• Self‑motivated with a passion for achieving targets
• IT literate and confident using CRM systems

• Basic salary up to £40,000
• Uncapped commission scheme
