After Sales Associate

We are looking for an After Sales Associate to join our team in Bedford. The role involves customer support, sales administration, warranty handling, and dealer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer account applications, orders, invoicing, delivery and picking notes

* Visit dealers and support product promotion activities

* Monitor overdue accounts and credit limits

* Arrange collections, refunds, and track deliveries and back orders

* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and product fault reports

* Manage warranty claims and generate job sheets for service agents

* Track warranty jobs, service reports, spare parts, and monthly statements

* Update sales and operations teams on shortages and supplier ETAs

* Prepare weekly sales reports and perform sales data entry

* Maintain customer records and support marketing activities

* Control stock of marketing materials (brochures, catalogues)

* Report competitor activity and escalate complex cases to the Sales Director

Requirements

* GCSE grade 5 or above in Maths and English

* Valid UK driving licence and access to a car

* Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales or After-Sales

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Proactive, multitasking, and customer-focused

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
