Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Overview

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent. This is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser position based in Bedford.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• £22,000 - £28,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
• Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience of mortgage and protection advising is essential

• Engaging with people from diverse backgrounds; communicate effectively via email, phone, face to face and on video
• Strong multitasking and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Maintaining relationships with partners and clients to maximise opportunities and deliver high customer service
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify referral opportunities
• Taking accountability for KPIs and proactively seeking new opportunities
• Comfortable being on camera to engage audiences

• Generate and maintain client relationships and grow your own business
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client
• Generate your own leads and work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director teams to optimise processes for clients
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish

• Full-time, office-based
• Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
• Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate)
• Proof of address, National Insurance, full UK driving licence
• Subject to passing probation
