Full-time | £multi-million store | Career progression to Store Manager

Salary: £38,525 - £45,420 (pro rata depending on contract hours)

We're looking for an energetic, people‑focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our high‑performing Bedford stores. This is an exciting opportunity to support the running of a £multi‑million operation while helping develop a diverse and talented team.

No two days in store are the same. One day you could be:

• Supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, stock ordering and resolving customer queries
• Taking the lead on people management and team performance
• Organising holiday rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet business needs

On another day, you'll be focused on:

• Maximising store sales
• Driving exceptional customer service
• Minimising costs and improving operational efficiency

You play a vital role in the smooth running of the store and will be fully prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when required.

Salary: £38,525 - £45,420

Based on a 45‑hour contract

32, 36 and 40‑hour contracts are also available, with salaries pro‑rated accordingly
