As a butcher, you will be working in a slaughter environment, playing a key role in the daily operations of our business while ensuring top-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cutting meats to customer specifications in a slaughter environment. Handling carcasses, boning, trimming, and processing various meats. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the work environment. Assisting in stock control and inventory management. Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role, particularly in a slaughter environment. Ability to handle all aspects of butchery, including boning, trimming, and preparing meats. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work in a slaughter environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness. Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay of £12.21 per hour , with potential for higher pay based on experience. Monday to Friday shifts: 06:00 AM 03:00 PM . Full-time, temporary to permanent position.
