Under the responsibility of the quality assurance director, the position holder must see to the implementation and carry out the required follow‑ups in order to achieve the objectives set as part of the Quality program. This will ensure the proper functioning of quality processes linked to operations and ensure collaboration with various departments of the factory, such as production, sanitation, etc.,

in compliance with the quality and safety standards in force.

THE ROLE:

• Perform physical, organoleptic and microbiological tests on various finished products as well as external purchases;
• Follow up documents in line with our quality program;
• Perform microbiological analyzes of products;
• Participate in internal audits, staff training and improvement of the quality system;
• Ensure and respect the application of good manufacturing practices and the HACCP program;
• Carry out internal audit tours, identify and monitor non‑conformities.

PROFILE:

• College training in food process and quality technology, dietetics or equivalent
• Team spirit, Autonomy, Flexibility, Initiative, Ease of adaptation and sense of priorities
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel software and the Google environment (an asset)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMP etc. standards
