Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: DN38
An established manufacturing site in the DN38 area is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the electrical maintenance function on site.
This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for a strong electrical engineer looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership position within a stable industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the electrical maintenance team on a day‑to‑day basis
- Ensure planned and reactive electrical maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently
- Lead fault‑finding and breakdown response on electrical systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and site reliability
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex electrical issues
- 7:00am - 4:00pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- On‑call rota with payment of £200 per month
- On‑call duties to commence once fully site‑trained (typically after probation)
- £46,000 - £52,000 per annum
