We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and support our operational teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients.

This role is ideal for a flexible, highly self‑motivated operations professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver outstanding results.

You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting staff, and helping drive the continued growth of our cleaning and support services business.

The successful candidate will ideally be based within the Home Counties region, with the ability to commute to our Bedford office when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support operational cleaning teams across multiple sites
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Highly self‑motivated and organised
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
  • Passionate about delivering high‑quality service
