International and National customer base, majority around London.
Project Manager responsible for managing multiple IT projects from initial sales handover to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction, and delivering projects on time, within budget and to scope.
Responsibilities and Duties- Manage & oversee all IT projects from initial sales handover to project completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
- Identify key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, address concerns and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and motivation to project team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Assess project tasks and risks, allocate work, implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Utilise project management software to plan, monitor, and track progress; generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional delivery.
- Join project calls and initial kick‑off meetings with clients and suppliers to fully understand expectations and requirements.
- Be flexible to attend sites for project kick‑off and closure meetings.
- Oversee lessons learned and plan how obstacles can be overcome in future projects.
- Minimum 2 years proven track record in a Project Manager role or similar leadership position.
- Proficiency in ITIL and Incident Management processes.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and successful project delivery.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, networking and computer software (beneficial).
- Logical problem‑solver operating under constraints, ideally in a professional services business.
- Passionate about excellent customer service; highly organised and highly motivated.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; a first‑class communicator with clients, directors and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills, demonstrating planning, monitoring and control; able to lead and motivate by example.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Produce and keep up‑to‑date documentation on all systems.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Organise and prioritise all projects.

Role primarily based in Bedford, with occasional visits to the London office. Travel may be required to:
- London office for training or if the Head office becomes unavailable.
- Other regional offices as needed.
- Customers across the South‑East (and in some cases nationally) where required.

Total team size: 45. Reports to Project Management Officer. Communication with line manager, service desk manager, customer service manager, projects team, professional services team, networks team, security team, client success managers.
