To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace
• Adhere to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Work with third‑party contractors
• Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, complies with the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs)
• Carry out any reasonable task requested to meet the needs of the business

• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge while working within relevant guidelines
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub

• Remain calm when working in a fast‑paced environment
• Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards, ensuring correct PPE is worn when required
