We’re seeking an experienced L2 IT Support Technician (3+ years) to provide hands‑on support in an industrial environment, delivering high‑quality service to end users, including senior stakeholders. 💻

This is a 100% on‑site role based in Bedford, UK, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.

• On‑site incident and request management (industrial environment: printers, scanners, etc.)
• Support for standard users and senior stakeholders (on‑site & remote)
• Video conference room setup and executive meeting support 🎥
• Hardware reconfiguration and device deployment
• Mobile/desk phone setup and SIM activation 📱
• Inventory management and secure device data wiping

• 3+ years of experience as L2 IT Support
• Strong hands‑on technical skills
• Experience in industrial environments (highly valued)
• Excellent communication skills in English
