HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 5 HR Business Partner to support our client across the UK and Europe.
What We're Looking For:- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
- Ability to create strong relationships and coach stakeholders at all levels including Directors
- Strong knowledge of UK and European employment laws
- Proven experience handling a range of employee relations matters
- Experience in managing pay and bonus processes
- Analytical mind with the ability to track key HR metrics and provide feedback
- Support with recruitment and succession planning
