Note:

a full UK driving license is an essential requirement for this role, due to travelling around the community to provide support to service users.

• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, shopping and using public transport.
• Provide emotional support for both the service users and their families.
• Support with personal care while ensuring dignity is maintained.
• Administer medication (as required and within policy).
• Manage paperwork and keep the service running smoothly.
• Participate in activities and outings to promote happiness, connection, and community inclusion.

• Previous experience with individuals who have learning disabilities or autism is not essential.
• What counts most is energy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• A full UK driving license is required for this role due to travel around the community to support service users.
