The De Parys Group are looking to increase our pool of bank staff across all departments, including:

Patient and clinical support and administration

Main duties of the job
  • Delivering patient care
  • Advising on patient procedures
  • Registering new patients
  • Data entry onto internal systems
  • Covering reception
  • Handling enquiries efficiently
About us

The De Parys Groups priority is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to the 38,000 patients registered with the practice. We aim to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support organisations, to enable more patients to be treated in a primary care setting, closer to home. We embrace a continuous improvement ethos and strive to ensure that we are available to patients when they need a consultation.

We have a strong training ethos within the practice with a team of medical and non‑medical educators as well as opportunities for non‑clinical staff to develop and progress.

TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics.

We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.

Experience
  • Ability to work in a polite, confidential and discreet manner, respecting patients and colleagues at all times.
  • Experience of working with the general public, being sensitive and empathic in distressing situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong IT and administration skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous medical or healthcare receptionist experience is desirable.
  • All applicants should ensure that they live within reasonable commuting distance.
