Support Workers in Stotfold, Shefford & Biggleswade to join our dedicated team — people who are passionate about making a real difference in their community.

• Shift patterns:
  Rota-based between 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday
• 37.5 hour contract across Shefford & Stotfold
  * Female
• Bank/Sessional rolesalso available

As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of someone’s journey to greater independence. You’ll help individuals achieve personal goals, develop life skills, and take part in activities that bring joy and confidence. Whether it’s supporting someone to cook their own meals, attend a community event, or simply feel safe and valued, your role will be life-changing — for them and for you.
