Payroll and Finance Specialist - Bedford | Hybrid (1-2 days/week)

We’re hiring a Payroll and Finance Specialist to join our client's finance team in a manufacturing environment. You’ll lead accurate payroll processing (from manual to digital systems), support HR with payroll queries, and contribute to month-end financials and reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Process monthly payroll and HMRC submissions
• Handle holiday pay, pensions, salary sacrifice, and benefits
• Reconcile accounts and support financial reporting
• Collate HR data and create reports
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and audit standards

What you’ll need:

• Confident with Excel and Sage (or similar systems)
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll law
• High attention to detail and discretion
• CIPP/AAT or similar (preferred)
