Management Accountant

We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing SME in Bedford to hire a Management Accountant into a broad and hands‑on role with real visibility across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, adding value beyond the numbers, and playing a key role in supporting business growth.

• Production of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end processes
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Variance analysis and performance reporting
• Business partnering with non‑finance stakeholders
• Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies

• Part‑qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• Strong management accounts experience within an SME or fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work closely with stakeholders
• Good Excel skills and systems awareness
