Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer | Bedford | £40,000 - £50,000 Our client works within the special-purpose machinery space and an opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to join the Engineering function. The successful candidate will work as part of the Electrical Engineering and Automation team and report directly to the relevant Team Leader.

The Role:

+Develop both conceptual and detailed electrical designs for machinery used in industrial manufacturing environments. +Create and implement advanced control systems incorporating variable speed drives, PLCs, and industrial communication networks. +Translate technical specifications into fully realised designs, including comprehensive schematic documentation and complete bills of materials maintained within the companys ERP platform. +Ensure designs are optimised for efficient manufacture and assembly.
