We are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are interested in starting a career in education to work in schools across the Bedford area
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or child development and want to gain valuable experience working in a classroom environment.
Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome to apply.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Working with small groups or individual students to support learning
Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons
Supporting the overall wellbeing and development of students
Hold a degree in any subject
Have strong classroom management skills or the confidence to manage groups of students
Enjoy working with children and are passionate about education
Are reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
Are interested in gaining experience within a school setting
Previous experience working with children, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or volunteering is beneficial but not essential
.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
