• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils' learning, progress, and wellbeing
• Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups, and teaching styles
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, professionalism, and safeguarding

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence teaching across the primary age range
• A flexible, professional, and resilient approach
• An understanding of SEND and the ability to differentiate where required
