As a Behaviour Mentor in Bedford, you will work closely with pupils who need targeted behaviour support. You'll play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement within the education & training environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Bedford, working within the education and training sector. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance to succeed in their education & training journey.

Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support.
  • Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Implementing behaviour strategies and intervention plans within education and training
  • Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement with learning
  • Helping maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
