Psychology Teacher – Bedfordshire – Ofsted Academy

We are looking for a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a vibrant Social Sciences team at an Outstanding school in Bedfordshire. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who wants to develop within a highly supportive academic environment.

• Teaching Psychology across KS4–KS5
• Supporting the development of the A-Level curriculum
• Preparing students for examinations and research-based tasks
• Contributing to well-being and pastoral initiatives
• Maintaining accurate assessment records and progress tracking

• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 / KS5
• Strong knowledge of psychological theory and research methods
• Ability to motivate and guide students through exam preparation
• Excellent subject passion and communication skills
