* Qualified Teaching Status in the UK (QTS) - Essential

* Experience in a UK primary classroom

* Have high expectations for pupil's behaviour and achievement

* Have a clear commitment to school improvement and interpersonal skill to engage the wider community

* UK Driving License - ideal, not essential
