Job Description
Are you an experienced and passionate qualified Primary Teacher seeking a fulfilling teaching role in Bedfordshire?
The RoleAs a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will deliver engaging lessons, differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic and behavioural progress
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
