• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
• Work closely with support staff to meet a range of learning needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - must be held in the UK
• UK teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Open to learning and developing SEN expertise
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
