School Support Worker - Education and Training (Bedford)

Academics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Support Worker to join a warm, inclusive SEN provision in Bedford. Full-time | 8:30am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent emotional and pastoral support to students
Support the development of confidence, independence, and resilience
Assist with strategies to overcome learning, social, and behavioural challenges

Has experience or a strong interest in psychology, SEMH, youth work, or mental health
Is passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and education
Demonstrates patience, empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills
Can reliably commute to Bedford
