The business delivers projects across commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, student accommodation and residential sectors, with group turnover approaching £200m and a strong pipeline of secured work.

Location & Contractor Base The contractor is headquartered in Bedford, making this role ideal for candidates living in Bedfordshire or the surrounding areas who are happy to travel to the initial project in Watford. Future schemes will include work across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the wider region, including a major upcoming project in Stevenage. Project Overview £17m New Build, Watford You will join an established site team, including a Senior QS, on a live £17m new build hotel scheme.

The project runs until January next year, giving you immediate exposure to a high-value, complex new build project and the opportunity to take ownership of defined commercial packages.
