About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Supervisor to join a major RC frame apartment blocks scheme in Bedford. This is a long-term opportunity on a well-structured residential development, with works programmed for approximately 50 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising all lifting operations on site
Ensuring lifts are carried out in accordance with lift plans and RAMS
Coordinating with crane operators, slingers, and site management
Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
Overseeing lifting teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
Conducting toolbox talks related to lifting activities

Requirements

Blue CPCS Card - Crane Supervisor (A62) - Essential
Proven experience supervising lifting operations on RC frame projects
Strong knowledge of lifting regulations and site safety standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable and professional work ethic
