Overview
A leading residential care provider in Bedfordshire is seeking a Deputy Manager to support young people aged 8-18. In this full-time role, you'll assist in managing a staff team, ensuring the needs of the children are met in a caring environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing a staff team and ensuring high standards of care for young people aged 8-18.
- Support the delivery of a safe, nurturing environment that meets the needs of children in care.
- NVQ 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Supervisory experience in a residential setting.
Competitive salary ranges from £15.29 to £15.50 per hour, with a focus on career growth and comprehensive training.
