Responsibilities- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more, ensuring they are age-appropriate.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
- Provide refreshments for the children while maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere for the children in our care, from picking them up from school to safely delivering them back to their parents or caregivers.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more.
- Ensure all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritizing safety, including the proper use of equipment and space.
- Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
- Keep all relevant documentation, including accident and incident forms, up to date and completed as needed.
- Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out processes and procedures are followed for all children in our care.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit.
- Take the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary.
- Keep all information and documents related to the children in our care confidential and secure.
- Inspire our team members and the children in our care to have fun, be active, and lead an active lifestyle.
- Work our operational hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–9:00 am and 3:00 pm–6:00 pm, working a split shift.
- Pay: hourly rate depending on age and qualification, plus holiday pay.
- Contracts available: term time only.
