Our dynamic and fast‑growing client is recruiting for a Client Insight Research Manager in Cranfield. This is an office‑based role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We’re looking for an experienced manager who has hands‑on experience managing client insight programmes.
Responsibilities- Travel to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Provide client feedback services to professional firms.
- Design, implement and deliver client insight programmes, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Work within a client‑focused, quality‑obsessed, motivated and friendly team.
- Take responsibility for a range of client projects and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
- Prioritise: deliver first‑class research services and excellent customer service; support revenue growth; build strong relationships with internal teams and external client contacts.
- Demonstrate professional judgement when working with senior management teams and client organisations.
- Take accountability for decisions and outcomes, showing ownership and reliability in managing client feedback programmes.
- Have previous experience in B2B market research or insight roles, with a strong commercial understanding of how research drives client value.
- Possess sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; 5+ years in a client‑facing research or account‑management position.
- Interpret and analyse research confidently, delivering clear, actionable, commercially‑focused insights and recommendations.
- Engage effectively with clients and prospective clients – building trust, advising them on best practice, and communicating the value of our services.
- Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Display excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, strong numeracy and written English, producing consistently high‑quality work.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a management and project team environment.
- Show adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on diverse assignments.
