Role Overview

Sales Manager – Creative Solutions, based full‑time in Bedford.
Location: Bedford (Fully office‑based).
Salary: £50,000 plus bonus structure. You will lead a sales team, manage house accounts, and serve as the commercial bridge to Client Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all house accounts, driving retention and revenue growth.
  • Build and execute strategic contact and account development plans.
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the client base.
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for Client Services, providing pricing guidance and sales direction.
  • Ensure consistent commercial decision‑making across accounts.
  • Improve communication flow between Sales and Client Services teams.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate members of the sales team.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support onboarding and development of junior sales hires.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Improve CRM usage, data accuracy, and sales process compliance.
  • Ensure visibility of sales performance and activity across the business.
  • Lead new business development activity.
  • Drive recovery and growth across underperforming accounts.
  • Support the Commercial Director on strategic sales and growth initiatives.
About You
  • Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
  • Strong commercial background with experience in account management and new business.
  • Confident providing pricing guidance and commercial decision‑making support.
  • Highly organised with strong reporting and forecasting capability.
  • Comfortable working in a fully office‑based role.
  • Proactive, structured, and solutions‑focused leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
