Role OverviewSales Manager – Creative Solutions, based full‑time in Bedford.
Location: Bedford (Fully office‑based).
Salary: £50,000 plus bonus structure. You will lead a sales team, manage house accounts, and serve as the commercial bridge to Client Services.
- Take ownership of all house accounts, driving retention and revenue growth.
- Build and execute strategic contact and account development plans.
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the client base.
- Act as the commercial point of contact for Client Services, providing pricing guidance and sales direction.
- Ensure consistent commercial decision‑making across accounts.
- Improve communication flow between Sales and Client Services teams.
- Lead, manage, and motivate members of the sales team.
- Deliver coaching, training, and performance improvement plans.
- Support onboarding and development of junior sales hires.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Improve CRM usage, data accuracy, and sales process compliance.
- Ensure visibility of sales performance and activity across the business.
- Lead new business development activity.
- Drive recovery and growth across underperforming accounts.
- Support the Commercial Director on strategic sales and growth initiatives.
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong commercial background with experience in account management and new business.
- Confident providing pricing guidance and commercial decision‑making support.
- Highly organised with strong reporting and forecasting capability.
- Comfortable working in a fully office‑based role.
- Proactive, structured, and solutions‑focused leadership style.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- £50,000 base salary + bonus structure.
