Location Bedford (Hybrid).
Fixed Term Contract (12 Months), Full Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ER case management:
    Assist with managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Assist with investigations:
    Gather information, prepare documentation, and support investigators to ensure fair and compliant processes.
  • Keep things organised:
    Maintain case management systems, track progress, and help prepare reports for leadership.
  • Communicate clearly:
    Provide empathetic and professional support to managers and employees during ER processes.
  • Help build capability:
    Support ER training sessions for managers and collect feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Ensure compliance:
    Help the team follow employment law and company policies, reducing risk and protecting the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting a variety of ER cases and understanding the importance of compliance and fairness.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
  • A proactive team player who is happy to support colleagues when needed.
  • Flexible and open to learning and improving how we do things.
