Part Time Administrator – 20 Hours per week

We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Bedford. In this role, you will support the branch with a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient responses while contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. If you are highly organised, efficient, and have a strong eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

• Salary of £12.21 per hour
• 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday day shifts

• Managing the branch email inbox and replies
• Extensive communication via email and telephone with internal and external customers
• Raising purchase orders and invoicing
• Raising work orders
• Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects
• Updating the waste log
• Updating our CRM
• Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties

• Computer skills – familiar with Excel and Word
• Administrative experience
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
