Executive Assistant - Bedford
Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Executive Assistant for our client based in Bedford.
Hourly rate: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour
Contract:
temporary on going
Hours:
8:30-5:00pm
Duties:
To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
To monitor and manage the Executive Director’s email inbox and action/respond to routine requests
To provide full support in dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required.
To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Executive Director by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings and liaising with all those required both internally and externally.
To manage the completion and submission of the Executive Director’s expenses on their behalf.
To arrange monthly one-to-ones and annual appraisals for the Executive Director with their direct reports.
Requirements:
Experience of working as a Personal Assistant providing a full range of diary management, admin and secretarial skills
Excellent IT skills
