Hours:
Job share – Wednesday & Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4.30pm
You will provide efficient administrative, data entry, data reporting and reception support. This role is vital to the smooth running and success of the service and will suit someone who is organised, confident, and passionate about supporting young people.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate data entry and maintenance of client records
- Booking appointments and managing electronic diaries
- Producing and analysing data reports
- Managing reception duties, telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Supporting events, meetings and service promotion
- Strong administrative and data management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Sensitive, professional approach when dealing with service users
- Some travel may be required
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Free on-street parking available
