About the Role

This is a sales role for someone who wants to compete, grow, and win. Insurance experience is not required. Sales experience is strongly preferred. If you have a track record of hitting goals, generating new business, building relationships, or closing deals — we want to talk to you.

This is not an order‑taking position. You will actively prospect, follow up, ask for referrals, overcome objections, and confidently recommend coverage that protects families and businesses.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow‑up
  • Conduct needs‑based conversations and confidently ask for the sale
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Cross‑sell and uncover opportunities within existing accounts
  • Track activity, manage pipelines, and stay organized
  • Commit to continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
