As a Murphy USA Store Manager, you’ll drive a best-in-class customer experience while managing all facets of a fast-paced retail business. You’ll be empowered to lead your team and elevate customer experience, with a structured career path designed to support your growth.

• Hire, train and develop your team; coach and mentor them toward success and continuous development
• Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operating expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys, and strive to exceed company metrics
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals
• Provide best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register, and perform other duties as needed

• Must be 18+ years of age; age requirements: 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama
• Must have at least ONE of the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• One year of continuous store or retail management experience
• Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience

• Daily pay – work today, get paid tomorrow (access to a portion of earned wages after completed shifts)
• Store commissions – paid monthly
• Healthcare (medical and prescription, dental, vision)
• 401K with company matching 6% plus annual contribution; 100% funded by Murphy and valued at 3% of base pay
