Shift: Full‑time nights, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with rotating weekends.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)/RN Supervisor ensures and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit or department during the assigned shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to established policies and procedures, serves as a resource for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create a teamwork environment supporting improved outcomes and service.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Support efforts to improve engagement by operationalizing nursing strategies such as employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
• Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to ensure a competitive organization.
• Assist with staff scheduling; manage all aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Texas and/or an active compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required at hire.
• At least one year of recent acute‑care experience, preferably in a unit setting.
• Supervisory or charge experience preferred.
