We are seeking a Registered Nurse Oncology to join our healthcare family.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with department requirements and state and specialty practices. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, providing personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, advocating for patients, families, and caregivers, and embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Responsibilities- Assess the patient’s condition upon admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation in the patient’s medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Oncology / Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Certificate obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
