Preschool Teacher

St. Timothy Preschool is a private Christian preschool located in the heart of Bedford, Texas. We offer care for infants through Pre K during the school year, and during the summer we offer a camp for infants through completed 5th grade. Our mission is to minister to the families in our community by providing exceptional care, building academic skills and a spiritual foundation.

There are several part-time on-site positions located in Bedford, TX for a Preschool Teacher. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, creating and maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, and fostering the social and emotional development of young children. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering age-appropriate curriculum, monitoring and supporting each child’s progress, and communicating effectively with parents and staff.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
