Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:20 am-6:05 pm and two Saturdays per month 8:30 am-12:30 pm.

Summary: The FSR position performs member services and support via the telephone. Main responsibilities include opening accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing debit cards, handling member inquiries, wires, and transfers, assisting with home banking and bill pay issues, and cross‑selling the credit union's products and services.

Upon successful completion of the required training program and probationary period, it is possible that this can a hybrid work arrangement (meaning three days per week in the office and two days per week remote).
