Bedford, OH Territory-Based | Full-Time
Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000 + Commission + Bonuses
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through installation. This is a territory-based role ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in relationship building, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Prospect and close new accounts within assigned territory
- Develop relationships with property managers, owners, and decision-makers
- Grow market share and expand territory revenue
- Manage pipeline from lead generation to signed agreement and installation
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates
- Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after installation
- Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
- Resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Track KPIs, quotas, and sales metrics
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Provide updates to Sales Manager
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, account management, or territory sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and meeting sales quotas
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Ability to travel within territory
