Machine Operator- Extruder- Northfield RD

** Machine Operator (Plastic Sheet Extruder)
** in the  
** Walton Hills, Ohio
** area.

** This Role Offers:*
* +  **$1000 sign on bonus when hired on full time.*
* + Pay starts at $19- $22 depending on experience. (+.75 Shift Diff)

** Shift times
** Monday - Thursday             2pm - 12am       4 hours

Possible Friday if production requires.

** Requirements*
* · 1 Year Machine Operator time in Plastic Manufacturing (Preferred)

· Tow motor experience/ Pass Adecco Forklift Assessment with 80% or better

· Must Be able to read a tape measure.

· Ability to read measuring devices such as ruler, caliper, dial indicator, micrometer, and scale.

· Lift up to 50lbs unassisted

* Duties & Responsibilities:

*
* Sets up and operates extrusion line to produce plastic sheets which meet customer

specifications and dimensions according to work orders.

Operate grinder machine to recirculate scraps that can be used in the process.

** Responsibilities Include but not limited to:*
* · Load materials into extruder and adjust feed mechanisms to set feed rates.

· Move controls to activate and adjust for extruding process.

· Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect any defective material or any machine malfunctions.

· Responsible for detailed completion of work orders and production reports.
