Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a concrete manufacturing facility in Bedford, OH. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery critical to daily operations. The ideal candidate has a mechanical and electrical background, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Submit your resume and any relevant certifications.

• Automation & Electrical: Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and maintain PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose plant machinery
  , including air compressors
  , conveyors
  , and automated production systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine inspections based on technical specifications to ensure equipment reliability.
• Fabrication & Install: Utilize welding skills and experience installing piping systems to improve plant infrastructure.
• Facility Support: Assist with masonry work
  , caulking
  , and waterproofing as part of general plant restoration and maintenance.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate mobile equipment for site projects, including demolition and site grading

• Technical Skill:Background in electrical troubleshooting and automation machinery
  .
• Physical Grit: Ability to handle physical exertion
  , including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Environment: Comfortable working at heights
  , around moving equipment, and in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
• Compliance: Must have a suitable driving record (CDL is a plus) and pass a pre-employment drug screen
