Environment Control – Evening Cleaning Position

We are seeking mature and dependable candidates to fill evening cleaning-detail cleaning /Float positions working in office buildings, banks, warehouses in the following locations:
Solon. You will be traveling to different accounts/locations on a nightly basis. Therefore to be considered for this position, you must be able to do the following:

• Be available to travel to all of the following locations:
  Beachwood, Bedford, Warrensville Heights, Solon.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Be available to work from 6pm to 12am.
• Be available to start immediately.

• Cleaning open sections in various accounts/buildings.
• Detail cleaning accounts/buildings.
• Dropping off supplies.
• Work 3-5 hours nightly (20‑30 hours per week) Monday through Friday starting at 6pm.

Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour; traveling time is compensated. You will also receive a Gas Card monthly.

• Must not live more than 15‑20 minutes from specified job locations.
• Must be mature and dependable – excellent attendance required for this position.

• Criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience (preferred).​
