Janitorial Floaters - Full Time Evenings East & Westside of Cleveland

Full-time positions in Bedford, United States requiring work on the East and West sides of Cleveland to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Full‑Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 30 years.

• Perform a wide range of cleaning duties in various locations across Cleveland
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
• Dispose of trash properly
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to management
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned
• Adapt to different cleaning requirements in various facilities

Hours:

Monday thru Friday 4:30 p‑m–1:30 a‑m and some weekend hours.

Rate of Pay $16.00–$18.00 hr.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1–2 years of previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
• Reliable transportation and clean driver license required (company vehicles may be available for use)
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Must be able to complete onboarding assessment quizzes using a computer/laptop
