Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to safely administer medications and provide high-quality, hands‑on care to our residents. The MNA works closely with nursing staff to ensure accurate medication delivery, documentation, and resident safety while supporting daily care needs.
Responsibilities- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and state regulations
- Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or adverse reactions
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Current NH MNA license in good standing
- Previous long-term care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
