Direct Support Associate

Overview

Direct Support Associates to join our program and help individuals thrive in their communities. In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence.

• Assist individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities
• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed to ensure each person receives the support they need to succeed

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

$24 Hourly

This is a full-time, 30 hour/week role in our Day Program. Looking for more hours? We can offer up to 10 additional hours in a residential home for those seeking a full 40-hour schedule.

• Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines
• 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%

• Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
