Student Rotation: Assisted Living, Memory Care

Overview

Engage Senior Therapy provides on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to senior living communities across Southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston. We are looking for passionate and driven professionals who bring their best to every task and are ready to make a meaningful impact in a setting that fosters clinical excellence, career growth, and teamwork.

We offer a Clinical Affiliation Program in partnership with Fusion, providing hands-on learning experiences for students in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

Must be currently enrolled and attending school for Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.

• Outpatient: gain experience with a wide patient population across ages, working with a Clinical Instructor to learn and treat conditions including arthritis, chronic pain, musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries, pre- and post-surgery, sports injuries, vestibular and balance, and women's health.
• Senior Therapy: provide access to care for geriatric populations in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Learn and treat conditions with a focus on activities of daily living, fall prevention, functional mobility, movement disorders, orthopedic injuries, vestibular and balance; collaborate closely with your CI.

Throughout your rotation, you are encouraged to ask questions, engage with patients, and participate in practical aspects of your field. Your Clinical Instructor is available to share knowledge and expertise. The goal is to provide a transformative, enriching experience that prepares you for great patient care in your future practice.
